In order to improve the quality of production packaging, improve production process and subsequent logistics, a new packaging line for spherical, roller and tapered roller bearings from 32 mm to 115 mm in diameter was put into operation in ZKL Klášterec nad Ohří. The packaging line consists of two technologies - foil wrapping on the MOONLIGHT machine and box packing on the MCTN 2000 machine. The line follows the existing technological workflow, i.e. laser inscription, conservation and description of the packed production and expedition. From the production point of view, the new line will reduce operating, rebuilding and adjustment time, from a logistical point of view, it will bring benefits in terms of space saving and better usage of transport packaging and reduced warehouse requirements.

为了提高生产包装的质量，改进生产工艺及后续物流，在ZKL集团克莱斯勒工厂投入运营了一条新的包装生产线，用于直径从32mm到115mm的调心、滚子和圆锥轴承。该包装线由两种技术组成：MOONLIGHT设备上的箔纸包装和MCTN2000设备上的盒式包装。该包装生产线遵循现有的工艺流程，即激光铭文、包装生产和考察的保存和描述。从生产角度来看，新包装生产线将减少运营、改造和调整时间，从物流角度来看，它将带来诸多益处，如节省空间、更好地使用运输包装以及减少仓库需求等。
